We operate strictly by appointment. You can book with us via:

・LINE
・Phone
・In person (during your visit)

【Cancellation & Rescheduleing】

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us By the day before via text, LINE, or phone.
 

・Same-day Cancellations: A 50% cancellation fee of the booked service price will  be chaeged.

・No-shows (Cancellations without notice): A 100% cancellation fee of the booked service price will be charged.

【Late Arrivals】

If you are running late due to un avoidable circumstances, please inform us as soon as possible. 
Please note that arriving late may result in a shortened treatment time or cancellation of your service.
Even if the service time is shortened, the full fee for the original booked menu will still apply.

【Refusal of Service】

To ensure a smooth schedule and the best experience for all of our clients, we reserve the right to decline future bookings for individuals who repeatedly reschedule or arrive significantly late for their appointments.
